How to request deletion of your data from LuminAgent

LuminAgent provides an AI booking assistant that businesses use to manage reservations and communicate with their customers. We process personal data on behalf of those businesses (our customers), and — when a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram account — we store the access tokens and the minimum data needed to publish content and manage that connection.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Below is how to do it, depending on who you are.

If you are a business owner (account holder)

You have two options:

  1. Delete it yourself in the app. Sign in to your LuminAgent dashboard and go to Settings → Security / GDPR, where you can export or erase your business data.
  2. Disconnect Meta. In Connections → Facebook / Instagram, disconnecting revokes the access tokens and removes the Meta data we stored for your account. You can also remove LuminAgent from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Business Integrations.

To request full account deletion, email us using the details below and we will remove your account and associated data.

If you are a customer of a business that uses LuminAgent

If a business made a booking for you through LuminAgent and you want your personal data removed, please contact that business directly, since they control your data. If you are unable to reach them, contact us and we will forward your request to the business and assist with the deletion.

Data tied to Facebook & Instagram

For accounts connected via Facebook Login, we store the access token plus basic identifiers (such as the Facebook Page ID and the linked Instagram Business account ID) needed to publish posts and manage the connection. When you disconnect the integration — or remove LuminAgent from your Facebook Business Integrations — these tokens are revoked and the related data is deleted from our systems.

How to send a deletion request

Email us with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the business name (slug) and the email address on the account, so we can verify and process your request.

We will confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR. Some records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, billing/accounting records).
